Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 3-day free trial with 30 credits. A credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, or when you choose to start the paid plan early, the remaining credits from your package are unlocked.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your credits remain usable until the current subscription period ends, and any remaining credits are cleared after the end date.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change plans from your account settings. If you run out of credits, the app will prompt you to upgrade unless you are already on the highest plan.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for non-profits. Please contact us to learn more.
